Terms of Service

These are the Terms of Service for ModouArena.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the ModouArena service (hereinafter the "Service") operated by Insol M&T Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and its members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the online services related to academy operations provided by the Company, such as smart educational content, student management, and attendance management.
  2. "Member" refers to a person who enters into a usage agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Academy" refers to an educational institution that uses the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect for all members who wish to use the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.
  3. Amended Terms shall be announced through notices within the Service or by email, and take effect 7 days after the announcement.

Article 4 (Conclusion of the Usage Agreement)

  1. The usage agreement is concluded when a person who wishes to become a member agrees to the contents of the Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application.
  2. The Company may refuse to accept, or subsequently terminate the usage agreement for, applications that fall under any of the following:
    • When a real name is not used or another person's identity is used
    • When false information is entered or required information is not provided
    • When other application requirements are not met

Article 5 (Provision of the Service)

  1. The Company provides members with the following services:
    • Smart educational content (physical education, coding, English, etc.)
    • Student information management and analysis
    • Attendance management
    • Parent app integration
    • Other services additionally developed by the Company or provided through partnerships
  2. The Service is provided in principle 24 hours a day, year-round. However, it may be temporarily suspended due to needs such as system maintenance.

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

  1. Members must comply with applicable laws, the provisions of these Terms, the usage guidelines, and any precautions announced in relation to the Service.
  2. Members must not engage in any of the following acts:
    • Misappropriating another person's information
    • Altering information posted by the Company
    • Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
    • Other illegal or improper acts

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company strives to protect members' personal information. The protection and use of personal information are governed by applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability when it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or the suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.
  2. The Company is not liable for any disruption to the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the member.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Daegu District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the Service.

These Terms take effect from January 1, 2024.
